3D printing shapes can be mathematical forms
Small batch & expensive, ok in another 5 years. Rhino creates nice elegant shapes- less mathematical.
SLS- no support structure and can have interlocking patterns.

Current Idea
Packaging is the emotion, black box with a slip of the pattern slides over the box.
Inside is the core (circular bottle) On the bottle is has the same pattern but photo fabrication instead of paper. This will pore over the the top of the bottle not covering it at all.
